Currently in London now and the weather has been amazing. I can't believe people say it rains here, it's been so hot. Must be all the olympic excitement keeping the rain gods away. Fingers crossed it keeps up for at least the next couple of days. Been getting out of the hustle and bustle for a few days and went to Brighton which was lovely. I feel strangely disconnected when I'm not near the ocean. The cool breeze, sea air and refreshingly cold salt water really clears my mind and body.
Maybe it's just letting me get in touch with home and reminding me that over many oceans home awaits.
